Vacancy available: we are hiring an oven operator in Sindhudurg, State of Maharashtra. You will be based in a bread factory. You should bring basic cake decorating and piping skills; familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens. Day to day you will monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing. ₹31,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
