We are recruiting: we are hiring a safety marshal in Shahid Bhagat Singh Nagar, State of Punjab. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions The role involves: • Inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height • Verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift Performance bonus on top of base pay.
