We are recruiting: we are hiring a butcher in Amravati Division, State of Maharashtra. The job is in a hotel or restaurant butchery. You should bring clean, presentable and friendly at the counter; confident knife skills and safe blade handling; 2+ years experience working as a butcher. Your main tasks: • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date Full-time with occasional weekends.
