Dough maker — Surat

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dough maker in Surat, State of Gujarat. You will be based in a hotel pastry kitchen. Requirements: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to work early-morning and night shifts The role involves roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around ₹22,500 per month, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts. Contact us to fix an interview.
