Great opportunity: we are hiring a smash repairer in Palakkad district, State of Kerala. Ideally you have own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files); skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement; good eye for panel gaps and body lines. The role involves: • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates • Treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection • Pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder • Straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains • Mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
