Plastering hand — Wayanad

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a plastering hand in Wayanad, State of Kerala. Ideally you have knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents; good head for heights for ceiling and stairwell work; physically fit for lifting bags of plaster and mixing all day. Day-to-day duties: • Mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency • Polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush • Set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work • Apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat • Skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration • Dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
