Now hiring: we are hiring a semi-automatic welder in Kokrajhar, Assam. You will work on a structural steel site. Ideal candidate: • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes The role involves: • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints • Read fabrication drawings and weld symbols • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead Part-time with flexible hours.
