We are recruiting: we are hiring a head baker in Dakshin Bastar Dantewada, State of Chhattisgarh. You will work at a café with an on-site bakery. Ideally you have able to work early-morning and night shifts; knowledge of dough fermentation and proving. Day to day you will boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch.
