Your main tasks: • Backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid • Operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site • Rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank • Strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse • Work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals You should have: • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes • Knowledge of daily greasing and pre-start inspections • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters Part-time with flexible hours.
