You should have: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen The role involves cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
