Great opportunity: lift technician (Mizoram)

Now hiring: we are hiring a lift technician in Khawzawl, Mizoram. The job is in a hospital with heavy lift traffic. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • Valid driving licence for site call-outs On a typical shift you will rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables; replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays; mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators; respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers; fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments; fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
