Gas pipe fitter — Jalandhar

Vacancy available: we are hiring a gas pipe fitter in Jalandhar, State of Punjab. You will be based in customers' homes and kitchens. Ideal candidate: • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders Your main tasks: • Locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections • Install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation • Fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances • Purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate • Thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant Full-time, day shift.
