Now hiring: we are hiring an earthmoving plant operator in Hardoi, Uttar Pradesh. You will work at a road-building project. On the job you will handle: • Check for underground cables and services before digging • Load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely • Top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects • Read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles Ideal candidate: • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently • Understanding of safe digging near underground services • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures 5+ years on the tools preferred.
