Line cook wanted in Dhamtari

We are recruiting: we are hiring a line cook in Dhamtari, State of Chhattisgarh. The job is at a fast-food outlet. Ideally you have sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards; good teamwork and clear communication under pressure. On a typical shift you will follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
