You should bring able to mix and colour-match paints accurately; a good eye for clean lines and an even finish. The role involves carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover; cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames; prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer; clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job; spray emulsion and enamel using HVLP and airless spray guns; mix and tint paint to match colour swatches.
