We are recruiting: blocklayer (West Bengal)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a blocklayer in Paschim Medinipur, West Bengal. You will be based on a scaffolded high-rise site. On a typical shift you will laying bricks to the line, level and plumb; forming arches, piers and reveals around openings; cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder; building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses; erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts; spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel. You should have: • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day • Own trowel, spirit level and basic hand tools 6+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. PF/ESI and paid leave as per norms. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
