Now hiring: we are hiring an oven operator in Kendrapara, State of Odisha. You will work at a busy bakery. The role involves: • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand We are looking for familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens; accurate at weighing and following recipes. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
