Meat trimmer — Kumuram Bheem Asifabad

Great opportunity: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Kumuram Bheem Asifabad, State of Telangana. The job is at a busy retail butcher's shop. You will season and marinate meat on request; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts. What we are looking for: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers 1+ years on the tools preferred.
