Fire and safety officer — Vaishali

Requirements: • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills Day to day you will enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment; check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements; stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action; conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task; deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors.
