Great opportunity: we are hiring a waitress in Mumbai Suburban, State of Maharashtra. The job is at a banquet hall. Day to day you will pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; check back during the meal and handle special requests. You should bring ability to work fast under pressure during peak service; smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
