Health and safety supervisor — Suryapet

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a health and safety supervisor in Suryapet, State of Telangana. The job is in a chemical processing unit. You should bring able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements; confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot; strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills. Your main tasks: • Run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry • Verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates • Take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry • Audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges • Stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
