Captain waiter — Datia

Now hiring: we are hiring a captain waiter in Datia, Madhya Pradesh. The job is at a beach resort. You should have: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel Your main tasks: • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery PF/ESI and paid leave as per norms.
