Moulder — Champawat

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a moulder in Champawat, State of Uttarakhand. You will work on the moulding line. Day to day you will skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring; shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale; tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle; cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch; make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities; operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant. Requirements: • Understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling • Basic grinding and fettling skills • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
