Sausage maker wanted in Koppal

Immediate opening: we are hiring a sausage maker in Koppal, State of Karnataka. We are looking for able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry; knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required; food hygiene / HACCP certificate. Day-to-day duties: • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools Pay around ₹33,500 per month, based on your experience.
