We are recruiting: we are hiring a baker in Dhenkanal, State of Odisha. You will work in a hotel pastry kitchen. We are looking for understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics; knowledge of dough fermentation and proving. On the job you will handle: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
