Now hiring: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Shimla, State of Himachal Pradesh. You will work at a busy bakery. Your main tasks: • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Able to work early-morning and night shifts 3+ years on the tools preferred. ₹27,000 per project, negotiable for the right hands.
