Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Nuapada, State of Odisha. The job is in a hotel kitchen. You should bring keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards; able to work fast and keep up under service pressure; previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred. The role involves: • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils Rotating shifts.
