Now hiring: we are hiring a cake decorator in Khunti, State of Jharkhand. You will work at a neighbourhood confectionery. On a typical shift you will keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; score the top of loaves before baking. Ideal candidate: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens 1+ years on the tools preferred.
