Press setter operator — Dehradun

Vacancy available: we are hiring a press setter operator in Dehradun, State of Uttarakhand. You will be based at a busy press shop. Ideally you have physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg; can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges. On the job you will handle: • Top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways • Deburr and stack finished components for the next operation • Check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges • Clear scrap and offcuts from the die area • Set up and change stamping dies and tooling • Record output and downtime on the production sheet 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. ₹32,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
