Vacancy available: we are hiring an in-process quality controller in Kheda, State of Gujarat. You will be based at a busy manufacturing plant. Requirements: • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade On the job you will handle: • Check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift • Draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer • Carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
