The role involves inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting 5+ years on the tools preferred. ₹90 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
