Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Nagpur Division, State of Maharashtra. Requirements: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth The role involves: • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
