Now hiring: we are hiring an argon arc welder in District Banda, Uttar Pradesh. Day to day you will strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal; TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer; inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut; read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing; clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding. Ideal candidate: • Able to pass a weld test on the spot • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety ₹32,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
