Ideal candidate: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages Day-to-day duties: • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
