Requirements: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day The role involves: • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain 6+ years on the tools preferred.
