Abattoir worker wanted in Tawang

Now hiring: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Tawang, State of Arunachal Pradesh. The role involves: • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Season and marinate meat on request • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife You should bring food hygiene / HACCP certificate; able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry; 2+ years experience working as a butcher. ₹1,000 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
