You will spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction; operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site; strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse; cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes; form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle. Ideally you have physically fit for climbing on and off the machine; familiar with GPS and laser machine-control systems; safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant. Rotating shifts.
