Immediate opening: we are hiring a smash repairer in Bhandara, State of Maharashtra. You will work at a commercial fleet workshop. The role involves feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains; mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour; strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair. You should bring attention to detail and a clean, even finish; own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files). Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. ₹15,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift.
