The role involves set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking; fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; repair damaged plywood and timber shutters; watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement; fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints. We are looking for knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing; follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules.
