Catering cook wanted in Idukki

Immediate opening: we are hiring a catering cook in Idukki, State of Kerala. Day-to-day duties: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO You should have: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays 5+ years on the tools preferred. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
