Great opportunity: we are hiring an elevator repair technician in District Banda, Uttar Pradesh. You will be based in a residential tower block. Requirements: • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards Day-to-day duties: • Test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake • Fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork • Respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers • Rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables • Run load and overload tests with test weights • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays Pay around ₹1,150 per day, based on your experience.
