Groundskeeper — Mumbai Suburban

We are recruiting: we are hiring a groundskeeper in Mumbai Suburban, State of Maharashtra. The job is in a public park. Ideally you have good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting; previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance. On the job you will handle: • Plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings • Spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease • Water beds and lawns and set up drip irrigation lines • Lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn • Maintain compost heaps and the potting shed • Cut back tree branches and clear overhanging limbs ₹220 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
