Now hiring: we are hiring a head guard / security supervisor in Phek, State of Nagaland. You will work at a factory gate. Ideally you have clean police verification with no criminal record; valid PSARA / security guard licence. Day to day you will frisk people and run bag checks at the entry point; hand over the duty register and brief the next shift at handover; write up incident reports after any disturbance; man the reception desk and direct visitors to the right block; control crowds and manage queues at events and entry gates.
