Join our team: we are hiring a construction helper in Washim, State of Maharashtra. You will work on a road and bridge project. You should bring able to lift and carry heavy loads such as 50 kg cement bags all day; site safety induction or labour card an advantage; willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain. The role involves break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker; wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean; cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days; bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns; dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel; load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate. Six days a week, one day off. Pay around ₹23,500 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
