Oven operator wanted in Mandi

We are recruiting: we are hiring an oven operator in Mandi, State of Himachal Pradesh. You will work in a bread factory. The role involves grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards. What we are looking for: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
