Cook wanted in Sabarkantha

We are recruiting: we are hiring a cook in Sabarkantha, State of Gujarat. On a typical shift you will monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Six days a week, one day off.
