Requirements: • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage You will key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature; clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line; carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station; run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing; follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine.
