You should bring clean driving record with no major traffic violations; minimum 2 years of accident-free driving experience. Day to day you will park and reverse safely in tight loading bays and narrow lanes; report accidents, breakdowns and vehicle damage to the supervisor; follow loading sequence so first-drop parcels stay within reach; carry out daily pre-trip checks on tyres, engine oil, coolant, brakes and lights.
