Urgent requirement: we are hiring a solar energy technician in Bongaigaon, Assam. You will work on a residential rooftop. What we are looking for: • Driving licence for travel between installation sites • Willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions • Good head for heights and comfortable on ladders and roofs The role involves label DC and AC circuits and complete the system handover pack; fit tile hooks, in-roof mounting kits or flat-roof ballast trays; earth and bond the array in line with wiring regulations; carry out continuity and insulation resistance tests on strings; install PV modules and torque bolts to manufacturer spec; fit roof anchors, flashings and waterproof penetrations. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
