Now hiring: we are hiring a shuttering and concrete hand in Supaul, State of Bihar. On a typical shift you will strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength; lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade; mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer; give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified; load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors; cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days. Ideally you have sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods; physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
